This inner part of the sun is stencilled first.The inner stencil piece is a semicircular stencil that is rotated once through 180 degrees to complete the circle.
The outer rays are stencilled after completion of the inner circle This outer ray stencil covers a one quarter circle It needs to be rotated through 90 degrees until the design is complete.
