In 1862 when drilling for oil in the Mexican State of Tabasco a statue was discovered buried beneath the jungle floor. It was a colossal stone head exhibiting negroid features and was evidence of an ancient civilization that pre-dates the Mayan, Inca and Aztec civilizations.
