Spanish Class Stencil Project
These are images from a stencilling project that took place at William Allen High School in Allentown PA. The Spanish teacher hated looking at the bare walls and felt they needed colour. Her students were doing Mythology, Folklore and Literature of the Spanish speaking nations. Many of the stories are Aztec, Mayan and Incan based.
The text below are extracts from letters written written by the pupils.
"In Spanish class we partook in a special unit that strayed away from the normal syllabus. My classmates and I were given the opportunity to beautifully illustrate the rich culture and tradition of Spanish speaking nations through artistic works." Anna
